What SuperStar stores
SuperStar stores server configuration, moderation warnings, ticket records, verification settings, custom-command settings, and its server-admin allowlist. Ticket transcripts are sent only to the transcript channel selected by that server’s administrators.
How data is used
Data is used only to provide and operate SuperStar’s moderation, security, verification, ticket, welcome-message, and server-management features. SuperStar does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Where data is stored and shared
Bot configuration and records are stored in the bot’s local data store. SuperStar sends content to Discord only as needed to provide its features, such as messages, moderation logs, and ticket transcripts. It does not share data with unrelated third parties.
Retention and deletion
Server administrators control their server’s configuration and channels. To request deletion or correction of data associated with SuperStar, contact the project team through the SuperStar Discord server. Data may be retained when needed for a configured feature, security, or legal obligation.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored data. This policy may be updated as SuperStar changes; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
